With high quality alumina oxide powder as raw materials, white fused alumina is produced by fusing and extracting from crystallization. It is featured by high purity, self-sharpening, and acid-alkali and corrosion resistance, temperature tolerance. Compared with brown fused alumina, its thermal stability properties is slightly higher and toughness is slightly lower. The abrasive tools made of it are applicable for grinding high carbon copper and high-speed steel.
